After spending more than a decade in leadership roles within the steel industry, Dustin developed extensive experience managing teams, making strategic decisions, and operating in fast-paced environments. Those experiences provided a strong foundation for entrepreneurship and ultimately led him to pursue business ownership with SpringGreen.

As he explored franchise opportunities, Dustin was drawn to SpringGreen’s proven business model and the opportunity to build a successful company while making a positive impact in his local community. Encouraged by the success he had seen from others within the franchise system, he recognized the potential to create a customer-focused lawn care business in Charleston, South Carolina.
